To note that Cllrs have all confirmed all personal data relating to shielding has been destroyed.
2010/11 Zero Carbon opportunities
To review proposals on Parish initiative, consider costs and resolve on any actions.
2010/12 Cambridge Great Park
To consider proposals for a Cambridge Great Park and resolve on any actions. Initial proposals reviewed at 2003/25.
2010/13 Local Plan and local developments
To note documentation on call for sites and particular attention to two included sites in the Parish for 5000 dwellings submitted by Bidwell’s on behalf of Cheveley Park Farms. Cllrs to review and to resolve on any actions.
2010/14 Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP): A1307
To consider recent works on A1307, Schemes 6 (Babraham Research Campus crossing etc, realignment of bus stop, etc and carriageway resurface) and 7 (Babraham High Street junction, bus lanes, safety improvements, including traffic island), and to resolve on any actions.
2010/15 Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP): Transport and Parking Proposals
To consider presentations to Council, communications and proposals on routing of novel transport solutions and location and servicing of P&R and to resolve on any actions.
2010/16 Traffic calming
To note report on costings for privately delivered speed control systems. To consider Council’s actions to provide traffic calming and to agree expenditure.
2010/17 Independent transport report
To consider action by Stapleford and Great Shelford Parishes on a review of transport and resolve on actions for Parish Council.
2010/18 Traffic and transport
To review traffic and transport issues affecting the Parish and resolve on any actions.
2010/19 Street Lighting
To review correspondence and resolve on actions on street lighting.
2010/20 Budget
To review documentation in preparation for 2021 Budget.
2010/21 Clerk appraisal and salary
To note response from Yorkshire Tax Bureau on back pay from salary increase on 1 April.
2010/22 Review Policies
To review and approve, if agreed, Parish Council Policies.
2010/23 Defibrillator
To review activities and resolve on actions on to ensure correct operation of defibrillator.
2010/24 Review of audit and payroll providers
To consider undertaking review of audit and payroll providers.
